CAR FREE DAY LAGOS...
Car Free Days around the world are hosted on the 22nd of September. Motorists are encouraged to give up their cars and streets are turned into safe public spaces. With a main street/road closed to vehicular traffic, Car Free Days are proven to be a way of suspending reality and showing us a glimpse of an alternative future for streets.
